General Terms and Conditions of Service
These General Terms and Conditions govern the chauffeur-driven transportation services provided by NLS France via the website www.nlsfrance.com.
Scope of Service
NLS France provides airport transfers, chauffeur-driven vehicle hire, and private transportation services.
Orders and Reservations
All reservations must be made exclusively via the website or by telephone / WhatsApp. Any order placed constitutes full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Service.
Payment Terms
Payment may be made online (Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Stripe) or in cash directly to the driver. NLS France reserves the right to request a deposit prior to the provision of the service.
Cancellations and Refunds
Any cancellation made more than 3 hours before the scheduled pick-up time (12 hours for night services) will result in a full refund. After this period, no refund may be claimed.
Responsibilities
NLS France cannot be held liable for delays resulting from events of force majeure, including but not limited to accidents, traffic conditions, or adverse weather. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided, including pick-up address and flight or train numbers.
Applicable Law
These General Terms and Conditions of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cannes, France.
